🕐 What is the deadline for making a return?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return via our self-service portal.
📬 How to request a return?
Visit our self-service returns portal to submit your request. Once accepted, you'll receive a return slip by email with all the instructions. Don't forget to also email us at contact@iheartcreation.com to let us know.

💸 Are returns free?
Generally, all returns are free with some exceptions. In some cases, return fees may apply. These fees start at €5.90.
📅 How long do I have to return my return?
Upon receipt of your return slip, you have 5 days to ship the package. After this time, additional fees will apply. (Return slips are billed to us by the carrier.)
🔁 Can I share my article?
The easiest way to get the item you want is to place a new order. Then, you can return the original item for a refund.
🚫 Which items cannot be returned?
Personalized items, special orders, products on sale or purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a refund.

✅ When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed after the refund was approved, please contact us at contact@iheartcreation.com .

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The item must be new, unworn, with its tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
